Aged Cheddar

Cheddar was originally made in the English village of Cheddar, in Somerset.

Blackmount Aged Cheddar is made from 100% pure sheep’s milk.

After production this cheese is left to mature for a minimum of 12 months. It has a straw yellow appearance with an aged, nutty flavour. Blackmount has a shelf life of 1 year in its original wrapper.
