Vintage Blue Feta

Brydone Blue is made from 100% pure sheep’s milk.

Made by injecting Roquefort into the Vintage Feta, this cheese is then left to ripen for a further 5 weeks. The cheese is soft and creamy with a Roquefort after-kick. Brydone Blue has a shelf life of 6 months in its original wrapper.
